2025 Parcel Tax Review Panel 2025 Parcel Tax Review Panel Notice of Meeting: Copperside Estates Water Supply System Service Area A meeting of the Parcel Tax Review Panel will be held on Friday January 24, 2025, from 5:30 pm to 6:00 pm in the Regional District of Kitimat-Stikine Boardroom, Ground Floor, 4545 Lazelle Avenue, Terrace, BC, regarding the following bylaw: Kitimat-Stikine Copperside Estates Water Supply System Service Area Parcel Tax Roll Bylaw No. 804, 2024. The purpose of the Hearing is to receive complaints on one or more of the following grounds: a) There is an error or omission respecting a name or address on the parcel tax roll; b) There is an error or omission respecting the inclusion of a parcel; or c) An exemption has been improperly allowed, or disallowed; A complaint shall not be heard by the Panel unless written notice of the complaint has been made to the Chief Financial Officer in person or via email at info@rdks.bc.ca, prior to 5:30pm on Wednesday January 22, 2025.
