I am a single, retired woman looking for an unfurnished 1-bedroom suite in Deep Cove, North Saanich or Sidney long term.My last rental was in Deep Cove for 17 years.I live on my pensions and cannot afford an exorbitant rent. I am hoping for about 750 square feet with some storage,laundry and parking.I am an excellent tenant, clean, quiet, nonsmoker with no pets.
