Recycle It Canada Position: Office Administration Location: Surrey, BC Job Type: Full-time, Permanent Qualifications Secondary School (Preferred) Administrative experience: 1 year (Preferred) Full Job Description We are looking for an Office Administrator to join our team and provide administrative support to our staff. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing office operations, coordinating meetings, handling customer inquiries, and providing general administrative support. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational and communication skills, the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks, and a commitment to customer service. Responsibilities: Maintain office supplies and equipment. Answer phones and direct calls to the appropriate person. Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate person or department. Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents. Schedule meetings and appointments. Maintain filing systems for documents, records, and other materials. Process incoming and outgoing mail.
