Senior Utility <br>Rebate <br>The Senior  Senior Utility  Rebate  The Senior Utility  Rebate is available to  Whitehorse residents  aged 65 or older, or  to eligible surviving  spouses.  The rebate is available  for fees paid for City  water, sewer, and  garbage services, to a  maximum of $500 per  year.  Returning applicants  can apply online.  New applicants can  find applications at  City Hall and the CGC,  or print them from  our website.  New applicants must  present proof of age  upon application.
